MOVEMENT FOCUS: HEELS DOWN (Day 2)
- 6 dumbbell squats, :05 pause in bottom of each rep
Take note of how well you’re able to keep your heels down all the way down and up during each set of squats, and work to correct any lifted heels during the pause of each squat.
Repeat 20 minutes:
- run (~2 minutes)
- 20 pushup
- 10 pullup
Goal rounds: 5-8
