MOVEMENT FOCUS: 10” GARDENER SNAKES (Review Day)

3 sets:

- 16 alternating dumbbell hammer curl (light weight)

Take note of how well you’re able to isolate your biceps without correcting with other parts of your arm. Record any observations you’ve made about your biceps this week.

*For fun, measure your gardener snakes


WORKOUT

Repeat 20 minutes:

- 50 jump rope

- 8 reverse lunge

- 8 push jerk


Goal rounds: 10-15
