MOVEMENT FOCUS: 10” GARDENER SNAKES (Day 3)

3 sets:

- 10-15 dumbbell or plate punch

- :30 dumbbell or plate squat hold

Take note of how well your biceps are able to maintain proper height and form.


WORKOUT

Repeat 20 minutes:

- 40 dumbbell strict press

- 160 hop over the dumbbell

- 80 alternating dumbbell snatch


Goal rounds: 1-2
