MOVEMENT FOCUS: 10” GARDENER SNAKES (Day 1)

3 sets:

- 16 alternating dumbbell hammer curl (light weight)

Take note of how well you’re able to isolate your biceps without correcting with other parts of your arm.

*For fun, measure your gardener snakes


WORKOUT

Repeat 20 minutes:

- 20 pushup

- 40 jump squat

- 4 x 10m bear crawl


Goal rounds: 4-6

Movement variations: pushup, jump squat
