MOVEMENT FOCUS: PROPER PUSHUP (Review Day)

3 sets:

- 5-15 pushup

Take note of whether your elbows want to flare out as you lower the dumbbells down, and how well you are able to maintain 45 degrees.

Record any observations you’ve made about your form this week.


WORKOUT

Repeat, 20 min:

- 6 deadlift

- 12 jumping lunge

- 6 pushup


Goal rounds: 12-20

Movement variations: jumping lunge, pushup
