MOVEMENT FOCUS: PROPER PUSHUP (Day 4)

3 sets:

- 5 dumbbell bench press

- 5 pushup

Take note of whether your elbows want to flare out as you lower the dumbbells down, and how well you are able to maintain 45 degrees.


WORKOUT

Repeat, 20 minutes:

- 40 burpee

- 20 snatch


Goal rounds: 2-4 rounds

Movement variations: burpee
