MOVEMENT FOCUS: PROPER PUSHUP (Day 3)
- :20 half-pushup hold with elbows at 45 degrees
- :10 fire build
Take note of whether your elbows want to flare out as you lower the dumbbells down, and how well you are able to maintain 45 degrees.
Repeat 20 minutes:
- 5 pullup
- 10 thruster
Goal rounds: 3-4 rounds
