MOVEMENT FOCUS: PROPER PUSHUP (Day 2)

3 sets:

- 8 tempo dumbbell bench press or floor press (:05 down, :05 up)

Take note of whether your elbows want to flare out as you lower the dumbbells down, and how well you are able to maintain 45 degrees.


WORKOUT

Repeat 20 min:

- 20 dumbbell box step over or reverse lunge

- 20 dumbbell squat

- 60 jump rope


Goal rounds: 5-7 rounds

Movement variations: jump rope
