Take note of how well you’re able to keep your lower back pressed to the ground in the hollow, and how well you’re about to lift up your chest and thighs in the superman.

WORKOUT (Essentials and Full Gym) Complete 10 cycles: - 140 walking lunges holding one dumbbell (light to medium weight) - every minute on the minute complete 10 alternating dumbbell snatches (or light volume)
