- 8 dead bugs each

- 1:00 plank

Pretend as if your back is in contact with a PVC and maintain those points of contact.

WORKOUT

Complete the following:

- Long run (~10 min)

- 3 x 10m crab walk (medium-large volume)

- 30 deadlifts (medium weight, medium-large volume)
