MOVEMENT FOCUS: FLAT BACK (Day 2)

3 sets:

- 8 bird dogs each side

- 10m forward and back bear crawl

Pretend as if your back is in contact with a PVC and maintain those points of contact.

WORKOUT

Repeat the cycle for 16 minutes:

- 1 power clean (heavy weight)

- 1 front squat

- 1 push jerk

Goal RPE: 6-8
