MOVEMENT FOCUS: CHEST/TRICEPS (Day 5)

Repeat Day 1:

Pushup Test – 3 sets:

- 5-10 narrow hand pushups

- 5-10 wide hand pushups

Take note of how strong your chest and triceps feel and whether you feel either one correcting for the other. Record any observations you've made about your chest and triceps this week.

WORKOUT

Complete 3 cycles:

- Short run (~2 min)

- 25 burpees (medium volume)

- 15 pullups (medium volume)

- 10 deadlifts (medium-heavy weight, medium volume)

Movement Options: run, burpees, pullups, deadlifts

Goal RPE: 8-10

Suggested timecap: 24 minutes

REFLECTION: ROLE MODEL

Homework – We all have someone that looks up to us. By leading by example, we can better ourself, and all those that look up to us. DO WORK over the weekend to be the exemplary role model we know we need to be.
