MOVEMENT FOCUS: EXPLOSIVENESS (Day 4)

4 rounds:

- :20 broad jumps

- :10 fire build

- :20 jump squats

- :10 fire build

Do your best to make each rep as explosive as possible, and take note of when you begin to get tired and when you become less explosive.


WORKOUT

Repeat the cycle for 12 minutes:

- 10 burpees (medium-light volume)

- 10 pistol squats (medium-light volume)

- 20 flutter kicks (medium-light volume)


Goal RPE: 7-9
