MOVEMENT FOCUS: EXPLOSIVENESS (Day 3)

3 sets:

- 10 power cleans (medium weight)

Be as explosive off the ground as possible. Take note of when you start to become tired and less explosive.


WORKOUT

Complete 3 cycles:

- 120 jump ropes (medium volume)

- 30 dumbbell cleans (medium weight, medium volume)

- 30 dumbbell thrusters (same weight, medium volume)


Goal RPE: 6-8
