MOVEMENT FOCUS: EXPLOSIVENESS (Day 2)
Repeat for 5 minutes:
- 1 broad jump
- :10 fire build
Do your best to make each broad jump as explosive as possible, and take note of when you begin to get tired and when you become less explosive.
WORKOUT
Complete the following:
- 1 x 10m handstand walk (short distance)
- 10 dumbbell or barbell snatches (medium-light weight)
- 2 x 10m handstand walk
- 20 dumbbell or barbell snatches
- 3 x 10m handstand walk
- 30 dumbbell or barbell snatches
- 4 x 10m handstand walk
- 40 dumbbell or barbell snatches
Goal RPE: 6-8
