Long Jump Test:
- Do a few attempts at a max long jump
High Jump Test
- Do a few attempts at a max high jump
Take note of how long and high you’re able to jump. Record results to compare to Friday.
Complete 2 cycles:
- Run (~5 min)
- 15 toes to hands (light volume)
- 12 jumping lunges (light volume)
- 9 V-ups (light volume)
Goal RPE: 7-9
