MOVEMENT FOCUS: BALANCE (Review Day)

4 rounds:

- :20 lateral ski jumps

- :10 fire build

- :20 jump squats

- :10 fire build

Take note of how far you’re able to ski jump while keeping your balance, and take care to keep your center of gravity over center in the jump squats. Record any observations you’ve made this week.


WORKOUT

Complete the following:

- Sprint (~1 min)

- 21 burpees (medium-light volume)

- 14 chest to bar pullups (medium-light volume)

- 7 dumbbell clusters or barbell bear complexes (medium weight, medium light volume)


Goal RPE: 8-10
